About the event
Tuesday practice will be conducted by Coach Bryan Byrne and Coach Mike Mahnke . These practices will focus on strength, mobility, conditioning, and point of contact. If you are new to rugby or a seasoned veteran, we invite you to come out and give our rugby club a try.
